This is a buffer overflow issue in the Lite version. In the Full version, go to Settings → Buffer Size → Reduce from 64KB to 16KB. This solves 99% of hang-ups.

1. Clip SOP8 to BIOS chip (Winbond W25Q64). 2. Launch SiberiaProg → Chip → 25 SPI Flash → W25Q64FV. 3. Click Read → Save as “old_bios.bin”. 4. Load new BIOS file “new_bios.bin”. 5. Click Erase → Write → Verify. 6. Remove clip, reassemble PC.
