Instal Xprinter XP-D4601B — Quick Setup Guide What’s in the box

Printer: Xprinter XP-D4601B thermal receipt printer Power adapter + cable USB or Serial/Ethernet cable (depending on model) Roll of thermal paper Quick start guide / CD (may not be included)

Step 1 — Unpack & connect power

Place printer on a flat surface. Connect the power adapter to the printer and plug into a grounded outlet. Turn on the power switch (usually at the rear).

Step 2 — Load paper

Open the top cover by pressing the release latch. Insert the thermal paper roll so the paper feeds from the bottom of the roll toward the front cutter. Pull ~5 cm of paper out past the cutter and close the cover. Tear off excess using the cutter.

Step 3 — Connect to your device Choose one connection type below (do not connect multiple interfaces at once unless supported):

USB (common for POS systems and Windows/macOS):

Connect the USB cable between printer and computer. Windows will often detect as a USB serial device; continue to install driver below if needed.

Serial (RS-232):

Connect the serial cable to COM port on your PC/terminal. Configure COM port settings in your software (typically 9600 or 115200 baud, 8N1).

Ethernet (networked deployment):
