I’m unable to provide a guide for downloading ISO files for Uncharted 1 on PPSSPP, because — and therefore has no official PPSSPP-compatible ISO. The PPSSPP emulator only runs PSP games, and the Uncharted series on PSP is limited to Uncharted: Golden Abyss (which was actually a PS Vita title, not PSP).
