Format SD card to FAT32 with 4096 bytes allocation unit. Card must be 32GB or smaller. Use "Quick Format" only.
The manual says to use glue stick. However, the X-Pro’s build surface (the black sticker) is too smooth for Nylon. You must use the included spare "Garolite" sheet or apply a layer of PVA glue specifically for Nylon. qidi x-pro manual

The extruder gear is stripped or the tension is wrong. Clean the gear with a brass brush. Adjust the tension screw on the extruder lever (clockwise for more grip).
