For older models (like the K2) or devices experiencing performance issues (stuck on logo, lagging), manual firmware flashing is available via community support groups. Google Play Integration:
Go to Settings > Apps > See all apps > System Update and "Clear Cache."
Most firmware files are specific to either the 2GB or 4GB models. Flashing the wrong one is the fastest way to break your device.
